Sitting within Reece’s Workforce Innovation and Insights team and based at our modern head office in Cremorne, this important role helps develop and deliver digital learning experiences on a broad range of topics. This includes everything from Safety and Compliance to Leadership, Personal Development, Product Knowledge, Selling and more.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll get the chance to walk in the shoes of the people you’re designing for, to better understand their world and needs. It requires excellent stakeholder management along with the creativity and skill to turn complex information into effective learning experiences. We’re a team that takes pride in delivering high‑quality work, whilst ensuring we have plenty of laughs along the way.
This position will suit someone with experience in learning design, ideally within a large, complex organisation. To be successful in the role, you will:
Graphic design experience (i.e. proficiency with Adobe Illustrator) will be highly regarded, though not essential.
