Job summary

Reece Group, Australia’s leading distributor of bathroom and kitchen products, seeks a Brand Specialist to drive brand storytelling across new product launches and campaigns. You’ll partner with Category, Marketing and Product Training teams to energise a diverse brand portfolio for architects, designers, builders, and consumers.

About the Opportunity

As a Brand Specialist within the Bathroom & Kitchen team at Reece, you’ll support a diverse portfolio of our exclusive brands, from value-led everyday essentials through to luxury ranges, working across new product launches, campaign activity and customer-facing initiatives. It’s a hands‑on role where you’ll partner closely with Category, Marketing and Product Training teams to bring products to life for a wide mix of customers, including architects, designers, builders and consumers.

About you

This role would suit someone currently working in a similar marketing or commercially focused role. It sits within our Bathroom & Kitchen portfolio, but we’re flexible on industry experience. What matters most is your ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly and influence across teams. If you are passionate about understanding customers and love brand storytelling then this could be the role for you.
