Job summary

Frontline Recruitment is assisting a well-regarded independent college on the Gold Coast to hire a Learning Support educator for Terms 4 2026 to 1 2027. The successful candidate will work with Years 9 to 11, supporting student coursework, organisation and exam provisions.

Preferred is a Bachelor of Education with QCT registration or eligibility, plus experience with differentiated instruction and small groups. Australian working rights required, competitive salary offered.

• Salary $90,000 to $131,000, depending on experience and qualifications

About you

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent, with QCT registration (or ability to obtain)
• Experience teaching smaller groups with targeted, differentiated instruction
• Confidence supporting students with executive functioning, organisation and study skills
• Familiarity with special assistance provisions, exam access arrangements and AARA
• Postgraduate study in learning support or special education highly regarded, not essential
• Full working rights in Australia
