Job summary

The University of Canberra is seeking a Learning and Engagement Team Lead within the People and Culture portfolio. You will lead initiatives to strengthen workforce capability, build leadership effectiveness and contribute to a positive staff experience across the University.

You will develop contemporary approaches to professional development and engagement, collaborating with teams across UC to bring new ideas and energy while supporting inclusive, empowering work environments.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing learning and engagement programs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to own the learning and engagement function and drive outcomes.
• Collaborative, innovative and customer‑focused with a commitment to inclusive environments.
• Experience with survey/feedback tools and staff listening programs.
• Experience working with LMS/SCORM packages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and leadership effectiveness.
