The role may include responsibilities related to Mental Health in Primary Schools coordination and a strong emphasis on Catholic ethos, REL Education accreditation, and MTSS leadership. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative leadership team, utilise data-informed practices, and contribute to school and parish life with a focus on student

Qualifications

• Must be committed to the Catholic ethos.
• Accredited to teach Religious Education.
• Hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.
• Willing to contribute to school and parish life.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward ongoing professional learning.
• Willing to work in a collaborative leadership team.
• Understand the Science of Learning and how it informs classroom practice.
• Understand MAC's Vision for Instruction.
• Demonstrate purposeful use of technologies that enhance student engagement and learning.
• Use data to inform and improve student learning in alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Knowledge of Structured Literacy within a Knowledge Rich Curriculum is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Join a highly professional and collaborative leadership team for Learning Diversity leadership responsibilities.
• Contribute to and be part of school and parish life.
• Demonstrate understanding of MTSS and use data to inform learning improvements.
• Engage with English as an Additional Language (EAL) curriculum and ATSI funding knowledge.
• Lead or support MTSS and related initiatives as preferred.
