Job summary

St Mary's School Greensborough in Greensborough VIC is seeking a Learning Diversity Leader to promote inclusive teaching and to support staff in meeting the diverse needs of all students. The role reinforces the Catholic ethos and MACS Vision for Instruction and Engagement, guiding explicit instruction, reasonable adjustments and evidence-based interventions.

You will coordinate PLPs and NCCD processes, facilitate PSG meetings, analyse assessment data to monitor progress and build staff capacity

Qualifications

• Commitment to Catholic education and the faith life of the school.

• Knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum, differentiation, explicit instruction and evidence-based interventions.
• Understanding of NCCD requirements, reasonable adjustments and personalised learning.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate staff and meetings.
• Ability to analyse data to improve student outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and external professionals.
• Commitment to child safety and ongoing professional learning.
• Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.

• Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
