Ivanhoe Grammar School is seeking a committed educator to support secondary learners (Years 7–12) with diverse learning needs at Ridgeway Campus. You will design targeted interventions, track progress with data, and collaborate with teachers, leaders and families to promote student growth and wellbeing.

You will model Ivanhoe’s values, build strong relationships, and contribute to a culture of safety and inclusion while supporting transitions back to classroom learning and broader campus life.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering targeted interventions informed by diagnostic data and school priorities.
• Use assessments and professional judgement to tailor supports for progress.
• Collaborate with Teachers, Heads of Pedagogy and Curriculum Leaders to align with curriculum.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver targeted intervention programs informed by diagnostic data, school priorities, and student learning profiles
• Use assessments, evidence, and professional judgement to identify learning needs, track growth, and adjust strategies to maximise student progress
• Work collaboratively with Teachers, Heads of Pedagogy, and Curriculum Leaders to co-plan supports that align with curriculum and the instructional model
• Build strong relationships with students and families, providing clear communication, learning updates, and guidance to support progress and wellbeing
• Support student transitions back to full classroom learning and contribute actively to co-curricular and campus life, modelling Ivanhoe’s values and expectations
