Job summary

Teachers Health is seeking a dedicated Trainer to join the People, Culture & Capability team on a 12-month fixed term contract in Sydney. You will partner with Membership Services and Claims to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning experiences for our members and employees.

This role requires a mix of facilitation, coaching, learning design and stakeholder engagement to drive capability across frontline teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, coaching or learning programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Experience building effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and role-based training for Membership Services, Claims and frontline employees.
• Facilitate engaging learning sessions in classroom and virtual environments.
• Design, develop and maintain training materials, assessments and learning resources.
• Provide coaching and ongoing support to new and existing employees.
• Identify learning needs and opportunities to improve capability across the business.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with operational objectives and compliance requirements.
• Monitor training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
• Support the development of refresher training and learning modules.
