Job summary

Anglicare NT is seeking a Learning and Development lead to design, deliver and continuously improve training across the organisation. You will identify capability needs, provide expert advice, and support managers to build high-performing teams through engaging programs and effective instructional design.

With a focus on autonomy and culturally safe practice, you will coordinate multiple initiatives, manage resources, and collaborate with HRIS/LMS systems to optimise learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and delivering workplace training programs
• Sound understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques
• Experience designing or adapting learning resources and training materials
• Strong organisational, planning and program coordination skills
• Experience using HRIS and/or Learning Management Systems
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, coordination and continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives across the organisation
• Identify capability needs and provide expert L&D advice
• Deliver engaging training programs and support managers to build high-performing teams
• Combine training facilitation, instructional design, workforce capability planning and systems administration
• Drive stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement
