Job summary

Anglicare NT is seeking a proactive learning and development lead to design, deliver, coordinate and continuously improve learning initiatives across the organisation. You will work with autonomy to identify capability needs, provide expert L&D advice and deliver engaging training programs.

This diverse role blends training facilitation, instructional design, workforce capability planning, stakeholder engagement and systems administration to help managers build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating and delivering workplace training programs.
  • Sound understanding of adult learning principles and effective facilitation techniques.
  • Experience designing or adapting learning resources and training materials.
  • Strong organisational, planning and program coordination skills.
  • Experience using HRIS and/or Learning Management Systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes.
  • A commitment to culturally safe, inclusive and trauma-informed practice.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Director People & Culture, you will take a lead role in the design, delivery, coordination and continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives across the organisation.

Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will identify capability needs, provide expert learning and development advice, deliver engaging training programs, and support managers to build high-performing teams.

This is a diverse role combining training facilitation, instructional design, workforce capability planning, stakeholder engagement, systems administration and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
