Job summary

Relationships Australia South Australia (RASA) is seeking a Learning and Development professional to design, coordinate and evaluate learning initiatives across the organisation. You will ensure access to high-quality training and manage onboarding, leadership development and continuous improvement activities.

The role supports capability-building within a not-for-profit, collaborative team environment and offers flexible, hybrid work arrangements in Adelaide CBD.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating organisational learning and development
• Experience administering a Learning Management System.
• High level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the organisation's Learning and Development activity.
• Coordinate all role based and organisational training, monitor completion rates and provide regular reporting to managers and Executive.
• Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure new employees are effectively inducted into the organisation.
• Coordinate leadership development initiatives, workshops and professional development opportunities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
