Job summary

Flinders Port Holdings is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to drive learning and development across its operations. You’ll coordinate training activities, manage records and systems, and support reporting, budgeting and compliance in a dynamic port environment.

The role emphasizes organisation, stakeholder collaboration and a proactive approach to developing our people, with flexible working options and a strong focus on safety and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training activities and administering learning management systems (Workday Learning experience highly regarded).
• Strong organisational and data management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Word and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• As our Training and Development Coordinator, coordinate and schedule training activities aligned with business needs.
• Manage training records, and administer Workday Learning to support compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor training requirements, prepare reports and identify process improvements.
• Support financial administration of training activities, including expenditure tracking and invoicing.
