Job summary

Relationships Australia South Australia (RASA) is seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to coordinate and evaluate learning and development initiatives across the organisation. You will ensure access to high-quality learning opportunities and manage role-based and organisational training in a supportive team environment.

The role focuses on onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing program evaluation, with hybrid work arrangements and a commitment to building capability across RASA.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating organisational learning and development.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System.
• High level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the organisation's Learning and Development activity.
• Coordinate all role-based and organisational training, monitor completion rates and provide regular reporting to managers and Executive.
• Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure new employees are effectively inducted into the organisation.
• Coordinate leadership development initiatives, workshops and professional development opportunities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
