NRMA Driver Training is seeking a Learning & Development Consultant – Driver Training to design, deliver and continuously improve corporate driver training and instructor capability programs. This is a hands-on role with real impact in workplaces, instructor communities, and on the road.
You will deliver training, coach instructors, and contribute to content and assessment design while collaborating with internal stakeholders across Sydney metro, regional NSW and ACT. Travel will be required.

NRMA Driver Training is looking for a Learning & Development Consultant – Driver Training to design, deliver and continuously improve our corporate driver training and instructor capability programs. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll see the real impact of your work in workplaces, instructor communities, and on the road.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in the delivery and ongoing improvement of NRMA’s Corporate Driver Training program. You’ll work closely with instructors, trainers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, consistency and best‑practice delivery across our programs.
This is a varied role that combines training delivery, coaching, instructional input and continuous improvement.
You’re a confident facilitator and coach who enjoys working in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment. You’re passionate about road safety, value quality training outcomes, and are comfortable working with a diverse group of trainers and clients.
