Job summary

The Recruitment Hive Pty Ltd is seeking a Learning and Development Analyst for a large Federal Government Organisation in Canberra. The role focuses on training needs analysis to develop training solutions, which may be designed and delivered in-house or by external vendors to meet business standards.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop and deliver learning and development services, and you will create and maintain training documentation policies,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of e-learning systems principles and best practice.
• Knowledge of the design of competency-based training and accreditation programs

Job description

Our client, a large Federal Government Organisation, whose focus is on foreign signals intelligence, military operations, cyber warfare and information security, require the services of Learning and Development Analyst.

Duties

• Undertake training needs analysis to develop training solutions to be designed and delivered
  in-house or by vendors to a required business standard.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders on the design, development and
  delivery of learning and development services.
• Develop, implement and maintain supporting training documentation policies and processes
  on the capability and ensure all training material is classified appropriately.
• Contribute to the design and development and transition to BAU of learning solutions including e-learning solutions in a way that is sensitive to and fully compatible with business operations.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of stakeholder communication plans and preparation of information products. Regularly communicate progress of work with stakeholders, enabling teams and business areas.

Skills and Experience
