Job summary

Perigon Group is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to join a State Government organisation on a contract through to June 2027. You will design, develop and implement engaging learning solutions that uplift capability across programs, working closely with stakeholders and SMEs to translate complex information into accessible content.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as Learning Designer or similar.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design frameworks.
• Experience developing digital learning content using Articulate 360, Storyline and Rise.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Previous government or large, complex organisations experience highly regarded.

• Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning strategies.
