Job summary

Perigon Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to join a State Government program on a contract through to June 2027. You will design, develop and implement engaging learning solutions that support organisational capability uplift and successful project outcomes.

Working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts, you will create high-quality learning materials across a range of delivery formats, including eLearning modules, facilitator guides and learner

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as Learning Designer or similar.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience creating digital learning content with Articulate 360, Storyline and Rise.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience within Government or large, complex organisations highly regarded.

Learning Designer (Contract to June 2027) | State Government

Perigon Group is currently seeking an experienced Learning Designer to join a State Government organisation on a contract through to June 2027.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing engaging learning solutions that support organisational capability uplift and successful project outcomes. Working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts, you will create high-quality learning materials across a range of delivery formats.

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a Learning Designer, Instructional Designer or similar
• Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design frameworks
• Experience developing digital learning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline and Rise
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Previous experience within Government or large, complex organisations highly regarded
