Job summary

Court Services Victoria is seeking a skilled Learning and Capability Officer to design, deliver and evaluate training across the Land and Environment Division. The role focuses on onboarding, role-based learning and uplift initiatives to support continuous improvement and compliant service delivery.

The successful candidate will collaborate with managers and subject matter experts, analyse needs and data, and maintain current resources aligned with legislation.

Qualifications

• Designing, developing, delivering and evaluating workplace learning, training or capability programs.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse complex information and translate it into practical, user-friendly learning solutions.
• Undertaking training needs analysis and measuring learning effectiveness through feedback and performance data.

Responsibilities

• planning, developing and delivering divisional training and capability programs, including onboarding, role-based learning and uplift initiatives
• identifying learning needs, capability gaps and assessing performance data and stakeholder feedback
• developing, maintaining and governing learning and operational resources, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, current and aligned with legislative requirements
• facilitating face-to-face and virtual training
• collaborating with managers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training quality, compliance and consistency
