Court Services Victoria is seeking a skilled Learning and Capability Officer to design, deliver and evaluate training across the Land and Environment Division. The role focuses on onboarding, role-based learning and uplift initiatives to support continuous improvement and compliant service delivery.
The successful candidate will collaborate with managers and subject matter experts, analyse needs and data, and maintain current resources aligned with legislation.
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.
Our people enable the Courts Group to deliver on each jurisdiction's own strategic priorities while also pursuing strategic opportunities that are interconnected and deliver benefits more broadly.
This role will strengthen capability and support consistent, high quality service delivery across the Tribunal's Land and Environment Division (LED). You will design, develop, deliver and evaluate practical learning solutions for regstiry staff in an operational environment with specific tools for the Building and Property, Planning and Environment, and Owner's Corporations Lists.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in:
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a related learning and development qualification will be highly regarded.
Knowledge of VCAT, justice sector operations or case management systems would be advantageous
