The Payroll Officer is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of accurate, compliant and timely payroll services across Carpentaria's operations. The role provides specialist advice on payroll legislation, award interpretation, taxation, superannuation, salary packaging and payroll compliance requirements. The Payroll Officer exercises initiative and judgement in resolving complex payroll matters, contributes to payroll governance and continuous improvement initiatives, and supports Carpentaria's compliance with Fair Work, ATO and relevant Enterprise Agreements and Modern Award obligations.
You will also need to hold (or have the ability to obtain) a current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid certificate and an NT DriversLicence.
