Job summary

CPA Australia is seeking a leader to head the Education Systems team, overseeing the performance, enhancement and continuous improvement of our learning technology ecosystem, including LMS, EMS and supporting platforms. This is a contract role until June 2027, with a hybrid working arrangement (minimum two days onsite).

You will partner with Technology & Digital Services, vendors and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions, lead a high-performing team and shape the future direction of CPA

Qualifications

  • Experience managing business-critical systems and technology-enabled operations.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Event Management Systems (EMS) or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Job description

Reporting to our Head of Digital Enablement, you will lead the Education Systems team and oversee the performance, enhancement and continuous improvement of our learning technology ecosystem, including our Learning Management System (LMS), Event Management System (EMS) and supporting platforms.
