Job summary

BlueFit Holsworthy is building a community-focused Learn to Swim program and seeks energetic instructors to deliver engaging lessons for children and adults. You’ll follow the BlueFit curriculum, monitor progress, and enforce safety protocols in a welcoming pool environment.

We welcome both experienced teachers and newcomers—training pathways are available. Enjoy flexible shifts, free facility access, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles within the venue.

Qualifications

• Qualified swim teacher with current certification.
• CPR and WSCheck up to date.
• Ability to follow BlueFit Learn to Swim curriculum.

Responsibilities

What the Role is Really About

As a Learn to Swim Instructor, you are the heart of our aquatic programs. You’ll deliver fun, engaging, and high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels—from tiny tots taking their first splash to squad swimmers refining their technique.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Engaging Lessons: Deliver structured, safe, and fun swimming instruction aligned with the BlueFit Learn to Swim curriculum.
• Student Progression: Track student milestones, encourage water confidence, and provide clear feedback to parents and guardians.
• Safety First: Maintain active supervision, follow safety guidelines, and ensure a warm, supportive pool environment at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teachers:

Valid Swim Australia, AUSTSWIM, or Royal Life Saving Swim Teacher Certification

Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)

Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
