Sydney Gymnastic and Aquatic Centre is recruiting Learn to Swim Instructors at West HQ, Rooty Hill NSW. You will educate the community on swimming and water safety, delivering quality programs with enthusiasm and customer service.

Ideal candidates hold AUSTSWIM qualifications and have current CPR and WWCC; Infant/Preschool aquatics or competitive strokes qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety required or highly desirable.
• Must hold NSW Working with Children Check (18+).
• CPR certificate current and valid.
• AUSTSWIM Infant & Preschool Aquatics desirable.
• AUSTSWIM Towards Competitive Strokes desirable.
• AUSTSWIM Access & Inclusion desirable.
• AUSTSWIM Adults desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Learn to Swim programs for all students.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote water safety.
• Create a positive learning environment focused on fun and safety.

The Sydney Gymnastic & Aquatic Centre at West HQ is currentlyrecruiting for passionate and engaging Learn to SwimInstructors.

About the role:

A Learn to Swim Instructor plays an important role in educatingthe community on the importance of gaining swimming and watersafety skills and understanding the principles and practices ofwater safety.

This role will deliver high quality programs for all students,providing great customer service and enthusiasm about teachingswimming and water safety.

Enthusiastic, energetic, reliable, and committed instructors whoare conscientious about developing swimming and water safety skillsthrough passion and providing a positive swimming culture in a safelearning environment.

Swimming Teachers with AUSTSWIM Extension courses would behighly considered for this position.
