Aeris Resources Limited invites applications for a Leading Hand Serviceperson at Cracow Gold Operations in central Queensland. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor you will maintain and upgrade mine air, water, ventilation and pumping services while leading a small team to perform work safely and efficiently.

You will bring underground mining experience as a Leading Hand, a valid Manual Australian Driver's Licence, and a strong commitment to safety and attendance.

Qualifications

• Underground mining experience as Leading Hand.
• Valid Manual Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Competent to operate ITC, Batch Plant, Water Cart and Agi.
• Work Safely at Heights competency.
• Strong attendance and reliability.

The Nitty Gritty

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading mine air, water, ventilation, and pumping services while leading the team in a positive and effective manner.

What you Bring:

• Full Australia working rights.
• Valid Manual Australian Drivers Licence.
• Relevant Underground Mining experience as Leading hand.
• Competent to operate ITC, Batch Plant, Water Cart and Agi as required.
• Work Safely at Heights competency.
• Possess a strong work ethic with a great attendance record.
• Comply with site procedures, instructions, and equipment specifications and limitations to ensure effective and safe use of equipment.
