Ausgrid is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to coordinate field-based network activities and support safe overhead construction, maintenance and restoration work. Based at the Dee Why Depot, you’ll lead field crews, subcontractors and ensure work is completed to safety, quality and schedule requirements.
In this permanent full-time role, you’ll work 7am to 3:30pm, with a fortnightly RDO and a base salary of $98,176 plus 16.5% super.

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to coordinate the delivery of field-based network activities and support the safe execution of overhead construction, maintenance and restoration work.
This role is responsible for coordinating work on site to ensure activities are completed safely and to the required standards of quality, cost and time. Working closely with field crews, contractors and other workgroups, you will contribute to the reliability and sustainability of the electricity network while maintaining a strong focus on safety
