Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the Engineering Officer / Engineer will work as part of a team of Engineers, Engineering Officers and Project Delivery Officers to plan and coordinate maintenance, breakdown response and construction activities across Ausgrid's Distribution Network, including overhead, underground and substation assets operating at 415V and 11kV.
The role is ideally suited to an electrical engineering professional with demonstrated experience managing electrical infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery. Applicants will have a strong understanding of project management principles, stakeholder coordination, resource planning and the safe execution of electrical works within a utility, infrastructure or similar environment.
You will manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and provides quality job documentation to field teams to ensure the safe delivery of work for the continued reliable operation of Ausgrid's network.
You will have a proven capability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders. Safety will be your core value, and you will be passionate about delivering a safe & reliable network for our customers.
