Ideally, you bring a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, Chartered eligibility, and extensive experience with Australian Standards and NCC. A driver’s license and willingness for site visits are required.

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you'll be working with a small team of Structural/Civil Engineers to provide technical leadership in the design, assessment and delivery of critical electrical infrastructure and buildings across Ausgrid's network, primarily supporting assets operating at 132kV and below. You'll balance office-based design work with site visits, inspections and technical support to field and project teams, ensuring safe, practical and fit-for-purpose engineering outcomes. The role offers ambitious candidates the chance to not only excel in structural and civil engineering but expand their leadership capabilities through the management of multi-disciplinary teams.
