Pipe Couplings (A/Asia) is seeking an Injection Moulding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in a hands-on, fast-paced role. You will operate injection moulding machinery, monitor product quality, and support safe production operations across Afternoon or Night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in injection moulding or manufacturing.
• Experience with tool/die changes is advantageous.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and production output.
• Perform basic tool, mould, and die changeovers as required.
• Assist with machine set-ups and production changeovers.
• Inspect moulded products for defects, quality, and specification compliance.
• Trim, pack, label, and prepare finished products for dispatch.
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks throughout production runs.
• Load raw materials and monitor material feed during production.
• Identify and report machine faults, defects, or production issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around machines and work areas.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Follow all workplace safety, operational, and quality procedures.

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Injection Moulding Machine Operators to join our manufacturing operation.

This role is responsible for operating injection moulding machinery, monitoring product quality, performing basic tool and die changes, packing finished products, and supporting safe and efficient production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently

Monitor machine performance and production output

Perform basic tool, mould, and die changeovers as required

Assist with machine set-ups and production changeovers

Inspect moulded products for defects, quality, and specification compliance

Trim, pack, label, and prepare finished products for dispatch

Conduct routine quality assurance checks throughout production runs

Load raw materials and monitor material feed during production

Identify and report machine faults, defects, or production issues

Skills and Experience

Previous injection moulding or manufacturing experience preferred

Experience with moulding tools or die changes advantageous

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
