Job summary

Shadforths Civil Contractors on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead site operations and ensure the timely delivery of subdivision and civil infrastructure works. You will coordinate crews and subcontractors, uphold safety standards and quality across projects, and report to leadership.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, reading construction plans, and maintaining schedules with a focus on local work, avoiding FIFO.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Foreman, ideally on subdivision projects or similar.
• Experience in bulk earthworks, civils and roadworks.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Construction Industry Card (White/Blue).
• Current Driver Licence.
• Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded.
• Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards.
