• Work across multi-level apartment projects.
• Drive works through rough-in, fit-off and completion.
• Complete quality installations in apartments and common areas.
• Read drawings and identify issues early.
• Coordinate or support tradesmen and apprentices.
• Check quality before work is covered up.
• Support testing, commissioning and ITCs on site.
• Maintain JMC's safety, quality and site standards.
• Lead Hands to coordinate crew, manage daily workflow, and support the Site Foreman.

Leading Hands will take greater responsibility for crew coordination, daily workflow and supporting the Site Foreman. Tradesmen will take ownership of their allocated work areas and support the wider site team.
