Leading Hand Electrician required for a gold mining operation on an 8/6 FIFO roster. This temp-to-perm opportunity seeks an experienced electrical leader to supervise site teams and drive maintenance across operations.

You will oversee installations, fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate daily tasks with supervisors and management while supporting project delivery and team development.

Formación

• Current WA Electrical Licence.
• Previous experience in a Leading Hand or supervisory electrical role.
• Gold mining or heavy industry experience highly regarded.
• Strong fault-finding, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet site compliance, medical and drug and alcohol screening requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate electrical teams across site operations and maintenance.
• Oversee electrical installations, fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality and compliance standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks, manage priorities and support project delivery.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and site management.
