SEE Group is seeking a Civil Leading Hand to supervise personnel and allocate resources across projects in the North Gold Coast and Logan regions. The role is full-time and permanent, reporting to the Site Supervisor.

• Experience in civil construction, ideally across subdivision projects.
• Ability to read and interpret plans.
• Strong safety knowledge and initiative.
• Reliable and trustworthy with ability to work with little supervision and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current driver’s license and Construction White Card.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Prior experience within the civil construction industry, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
• The ability to read and interpret plans.
• Strong safety knowledge and initiative.
• Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Current driver’s license and Construction White Card.
