Job summary

SEE Group is inviting a Leading Hand to join our Urban Development division on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will supervise daily on-site activities and coordinate people and resources across projects in the North Gold Coast and Logan region.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction, preferably subdivision projects or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret plans.
• Strong safety knowledge and initiative.
• Reliable, able to work with little supervision and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and Construction White Card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of people and resources on site.

SEE Civil are a certified 'Great Place to Work' and we have a great career opportunity available for an experienced civil Leading Hand to join our highly professional and skilled Urban Development Team. This is a full-time permanent role working across projects in the North Gold Coast & Loganregion.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Prior experience within the civil construction industry, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
• The ability to read and interpret plans.
• Strong safety knowledge and initiative.
• Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Current driver’s license and Construction White Card.
