A Bit About The Role

As a Leadership Development Consultant, you’ll work directly with executives, managers, and teams across different industries to deliver workshops, coaching, and consultation. You’ll bring leadership research to life in practical and inspiring ways, blending evidence-based tools with real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate engaging leadership programs and workshops that spark confidence and clarity.
  • Deliver coaching sessions that guide leaders toward sustainable growth.
  • Use psychometric insights (including The Predictive Index) to help clients design high-performing teams.
  • Partner with clients to co-create strategies that strengthen culture and align people with business goals.

While we deliver our programs through hybrid approaches, we love being with our clients in person, so this role involves domestic travel to provide a personalised touch.

You’ll Also Bring:

  • 8+ years of HR &/or L&OD experience, with a strong understanding of both strategic and operational HR programs & strategies.
  • Previous experience in HR/L&OD working with executives & managers, with a focus on high-performing teams.
  • Accredited coaching credentials (ICF PCC Level).
  • HR, Psychology or Learning related tertiary qualification.
  • Psychometric assessment tools accreditation, including a background in interpreting results.
