Job summary

Investa is seeking a Workplace Technology & Service Delivery Lead to own the daily tech used by staff and ensure high-quality support. You’ll manage devices, meeting rooms, AV, and MS 365, while guiding the service desk to a proactive, managed operation.

Lead a hands-on team withybrid collaboration across IT and facilities. You’ll bring 7+ years in end-user tech and IT service delivery, strong MS endpoint skills, and APAC-ready stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in end-user/workplace tech and IT service delivery, incl. service desk accountability
• Hands-on Microsoft endpoint technologies incl. Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, patching and app deployment
• Experience with Teams Rooms, Teams telephony and modern workplace AV tech
• Strong ITSM understanding with service levels, reporting and processes
• Experience managing outsourced tech providers with SLAs and contracts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, esp. with execs

Responsibilities

• Own Investa’s workplace technology experience end-to-end: devices, rooms, AV, telephony, and Microsoft 365.
• Lead the service desk and service management to a proactive, managed model with SLAs and reporting.
• Provide direction, coaching and prioritisation for the support team without direct line management.
• Own the end-user device fleet: Intune, Autopilot, patching, deployment, lifecycle, asset registers, compliance.
• Govern Microsoft 365, Asana and Atlassian platforms: provisioning, lifecycle management, standardisation.
• Manage meeting room/AV tech including Teams Rooms, telephony and executive spaces.
• Oversee technology vendors for SLAs, performance, renewals, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Property/Facilities on fit-outs and workplace changes and readiness for events.
• Drive continual improvement, automation and problem management using data.
