Job summary

Rashi Joshi is seeking an experienced IT professional to own its technology environment in a hands-on leadership role within a well-established professional services organisation. The role focuses on operational improvements, strong stakeholder communication and delivering robust end-user support.

You will act as primary IT operations contact, manage external providers, support practice management systems like Xero/MYOB and drive process improvements while maintaining excellent service levels in

• Exposure to business applications such as Xero, MYOB, Access APS/APM or similar practice management platforms.
• Proven ability to prioritise competing requests and perform effectively in fast-paced, business-critical periods.
• Experience managing vendors and external service providers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support users at all levels of the business.
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
