UST Global in Melbourne is seeking a Workday Test Lead to define and govern the testing strategy for a large Workday implementation. You will lead end-to-end testing across payroll, absence, scheduling and data migration, coordinating onshore/offshore teams and third parties.

The role requires 10+ years of software testing experience with strong Workday expertise, including automation on Web/API projects. A hybrid work arrangement and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software testing experience with leadership of large Workday projects.
• Strong Workday experience including Payroll, Absence and Scheduling; certification is a plus.
• Experience in Web/API test automation is advantageous, especially Workday automation.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the program Test Strategy, integrated Test Plan, governance, quality gates, entry/exit criteria and test assurance.
• Lead planning and execution across system integration, end-to-end, regression, UAT, data migration, security, performance and cutover validation.
• Coordinate workstreams and third parties; manage onshore/offshore test resources and dependencies.
• Govern test scenario design, requirements traceability, test data, environments, interfaces and defect lifecycle.
• Drive risk-based regression and automation, create reusable test assets and align test execution.
• Chair defect triage and quality reviews; report progress, coverage, risks and release readiness to leadership.
• Support cutover, hypercare, knowledge transfer and transition to BAU.
