Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a Storeperson to support fast-paced warehouse operations. You will pick, pack and dispatch orders, process inbound and outbound shipments, and use RF scanners with a WMS to ensure data accuracy.

You’ll hold a forklift licence (High Reach and/or Counter Balance) and have experience in a high-volume 3PL environment, with a strong focus on teamwork, safety, WHS compliance, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume 3PL warehouse environment.
• Forklift licence for High Reach and/or Counter Balance.
• Experience picking, packing, checking and dispatching orders.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
• Team player with focus on customer service.
• Knowledge of WHS policies and inventory management.
• Excellent attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Flexible, positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders to customer specification.
• Processing inbound and outbound orders.
• Putting away stock into designated locations.
• Timely replenishment of stock and use of RF handheld devices.
• Using WMS to print labels and check data.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all incoming and outgoing orders.
• Support stocktakes and maintain a clean work area.
• Adhere to DHL safety policies and procedures.
