Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a capable Leading Hand or Storeperson ready to step into a Leading Hand role. You will lead a team, drive KPI achievement, and ensure smooth operations across inbound, outbound, picking/packing, and inventory.

You will also interact with customers and maintain stock integrity in a DHL environment. The role requires proven warehouse experience, forklift capability, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven operational experience in a high volume 3PL warehouse environment.
• Forklift licence (High Reach, Counter Balance and/or Double Deep) is highly desirable.
• Proven customer facing experience with the ability to deliver superior customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• WMS experience – exposure to various functions.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to communicate objectives and achieve KPIs daily.
• Ensure performance across inbound, outbound, picking/packing, and inventory.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Maintain stock integrity and adhere to DHL policies and procedures.
• Follow safe work practices and work instructions.
• Identify training needs and develop the team.
