Job summary

Frontline Hospitality Western Australia is seeking a Venue Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy hospitality venue in Western Australia. This permanent, full-time role offers AUD$90,000 to AUD$110,000 per year, with a hands-on leadership approach to drive venue success.

You will manage a team of 20, oversee rosters, stock, cash handling, and banking, and supervise an active events space with multiple events weekly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing hospitality venues or similar operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong experience handling stock control and run sheets for catering/banqueting.
• Experience managing rosters and day-to-day operational logistics.
• Proficient cash handling and banking reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 20 staff across rosters, training and performance.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling and banking.
• Manage a busy events/function space with multiple events per week.
