Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or higher qualification.
• Experience in civil construction, supervisory preferred.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of WHS, quality, and environmental systems.
• Ability to read construction plans.
• Budget, resource and timeline management.

Responsabilités

• Review critical path progress with Project Manager.
• Ensure resources are optimized to meet milestones.
• Record and report variations to works.
• Monitor statutory compliance on site.
• Respond to complex site problems with recommended resolutions.
• Track re-work and material reuse.
• Interact with project team to align requirements.
• Assist WHS & E Officers with inspections.
• Support Environmental Management Plan implementation.
• Lead the team to apply environmental best practices.
• Refer to Inspection and Test Plans for tolerances.
