Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Traffic Control worker on heavy civil projects. You will assist the foreman, performing traffic control duties and installing signs and devices across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include lifting materials, directing laborers, and maintaining safety standards on outdoor worksites with varying weather. Prior traffic control experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Move throughout a construction jobsite with obstacles, inclines and stairs.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and handle materials and tools.
• Follow all safety policies and report unsafe activities.
• Provide leadership by example and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Assist foreman in all aspects of traffic control including signs and devices.
• Perform duties across multiple projects and tasks as required.
• Lift, carry and place construction materials and tools on site.
• Dig, spread and level dirt, sand and gravel with hand tools.
• Pour and spread concrete, asphalt and other materials.
• Direct laborers in pouring concrete and supporting operations.
• Erect shoring and bracing as needed on site.
• Assist in pipe installation and use power/air tools.
• Install and maintain erosion control measures.
