Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to drive end-to-end business analysis for a Credit as a Service transformation, spanning customer onboarding, credit decisioning, billing and lifecycle.

You will collaborate with business, product, architecture, engineering, risk, compliance and external vendors to translate requirements into scalable solutions, manage BRDs, user stories and data rules, and support testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end BA experience in large enterprise transformations.
• Experience in credit assessment, lending or related domains.
• Experience delivering billing, revenue, onboarding or customer lifecycle initiatives.
• Strong API integrations, data mapping and business rules definition skills.
• Proven ability to document clearly with BRDs, user stories and process models (BPMN).
• Proficient in Agile delivery environments and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across complex transformation programs.
• Analyse current and future state processes and define requirements, rules and data needs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, product, risk and vendors to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support testing activities including SIT and UAT, and drive business readiness.
• Facilitate workshops and produce high-quality documentation (BRDs, specs, BPMN).
