Job summary
Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a self-motivated Technical Business Analyst to join a major transformation program in Melbourne. You will lead gap analysis, translate requirements into user stories, and work across delivery and business teams while supporting UAT.
The role entails workshops, stakeholder management, and addressing risks in a complex, multi-system environment, with monthly travel to Brisbane and occasional weekends until December.
Qualifications
- Senior BA with experience on multi-system transformation programs.
- Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
- Delivery-focused with proactive mindset.
- Experience supporting UAT and resolving requirements-related issues.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement in complex environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead gap analysis and refine requirements during late-stage delivery, ensuring alignment across business and systems.
- Translate business processes into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
- Partner with delivery, integration and business teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
- Support UAT from a BA perspective by guiding business validation and resolving requirement queries.
- Facilitate workshops and effectively manage complex stakeholder groups across business and technology.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies and gaps, driving resolution through structured governance.
