Job summary

Seers Digital is seeking a Lead Technical Architect for a large-scale Salesforce transformation program. You will shape the technical direction across Salesforce and its integration with enterprise and on-premises systems, leading architecture and delivery for federal government and enterprise clients.

The role requires significant experience with Salesforce security, data modelling, APIs and integration patterns, plus leadership of technical teams and stakeholder communication.

• Produce high-level and detailed designs, data models and non-functional requirements.
• Lead design reviews and guide development, testing, deployment and legacy transition.

Lead Technical Architect – Salesforce & Integration

The opportunity

We are seeking a Lead Technical Architect for a large-scale Salesforce transformation program with a highly regarded Australian federal government organisation. You will shape the technical direction of the program and lead architecture across Salesforce and its integration with enterprise and on-premises systems.

What you’ll do

Define end-to-end architecture across Salesforce applications, data, integrations, identity and security. Design integration patterns connecting Salesforce with existing systems, including where MuleSoft is appropriate. Guide technical decisions across relevant Salesforce products, including Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Produce high-level and detailed designs, diagrams, data models, architecture decisions and non-functional requirements. Lead technical design reviews and guide development, testing, deployment and legacy system transition. Identify risks early and favour maintainable configuration over unnecessary customisation.

What you’ll bring

Significant experience architecting complex, large-scale Salesforce programs and enterprise integrations. Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, data modelling, APIs and integration patterns. Experience with MuleSoft and legacy or on-premises systems. The ability to lead technical teams and present decisions clearly to senior stakeholders. Salesforce architecture certifications, federal government experience and exposure to Agentforce would be highly regarded.
