Job summary
Seers Digital is seeking a Lead Technical Architect for a large-scale Salesforce transformation program. You will shape the technical direction across Salesforce and its integration with enterprise and on-premises systems, leading architecture and delivery for federal government and enterprise clients.
The role requires significant experience with Salesforce security, data modelling, APIs and integration patterns, plus leadership of technical teams and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience architecting large-scale Salesforce programs and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, data modelling and APIs.
- Experience with MuleSoft and on-premises/legacy systems.
- Ability to lead technical teams and present decisions to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture across Salesforce applications, data, and integrations.
- Design integration patterns connecting Salesforce with existing systems, including MuleSoft where appropriate.
- Guide decisions on Salesforce products (Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Produce high-level and detailed designs, data models and non-functional requirements.
- Lead design reviews and guide development, testing, deployment and legacy transition.
