Niddrie Primary School in Victoria is seeking a highly skilled leading teacher to drive whole‑school improvement, lead priorities in the school strategic plan, and model exemplary teaching across literacy and numeracy.

You will coordinate staff, provide coaching and professional development, monitor student progress with data, contribute to policy development, and maintain strong parent and community partnerships while upholding child safety standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the curriculum and ability to lead school priorities.
• Experience in planning and implementing high impact teaching strategies to support student growth.
• Ability to monitor and evaluate student learning data to inform improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for collaboration with community.
