• SC3: Demonstrated ability to monitor and assess student learning and use data to drive improvement initiatives; provide feedback to students and parents.
• SC4: Exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills; lead collaborative relationships focused on learning, wellbeing and engagement.
• SC5: Model and promote Department values; contribute to whole-school professional learning.
• SC6: Lead attendance, engagement, wellbeing and intervention systems to foster belonging and successful pathways.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing whole-school improvement initiatives aligned with the school plan.
• Overseeing curriculum planning and delivery improvements across key learning areas.
• Providing professional development and development plans for teaching staff.
• Staff performance and development oversight, including lesson demonstrations.
• Developing assessment and reporting policies and practices; district-wide policy alignment.
• Managing school operations related to student welfare, discipline, and wellbeing programs.
• Contributing to curriculum development in major learning areas and other areas.
• Handling discipline matters beyond the classroom and supporting school-wide leadership.
• Contributing to school council proposals and to the school’s strategic direction.
