Responsabilidades

• Lead whole‑school improvement initiatives related to the school strategic plan.
• Lead curriculum planning and delivery across the school.
• Develop professional learning plans for staff and support performance development.
• Conduct teaching demonstrations and support ongoing evaluation of teaching practices.
• Develop and implement school assessment and reporting policies.
• Oversee student welfare, discipline policies and school operations.
• Contribute to curriculum development in major learning areas.
• Participate in school council proposals and develop code of conduct.
