Job summary

Reach Subsea is seeking an Inspection Team Lead to join our Perth team, supporting onshore leadership for subsea inspection activities. The role is office-based with flexibility for working from home and supports both conventional vessel and Reach Remote operations.

You will lead the regional inspection team, oversee technical governance, and ensure high-quality delivery across projects throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• CSWIP 3.4U certification is required.
• Extensive experience in subsea inspection and ROV-based inspection campaigns.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and client-facing skills.
• Proven experience leading inspection teams in onshore or remote operations environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, technical and operational oversight of inspection delivery, acting as the onshore focal point for performance, capability development and client engagement.
• Lead, manage and develop the regional onshore inspection team, including senior coordinators, coordinators and engineers.
• Manage inspection coordinators during live projects, ensuring workload distribution, performance and technical support.
• Ensure consistent application of Reach Subsea inspection standards, procedures and best practices.
• Provide onshore technical authority for subsea inspection campaigns across all project phases.
